Q1. How much does it cost to work with you?

Check out my services page for base packages. Each project is different so the base packages are rough estimates.

Q2. What does the cost include?

Check out my services page for price breakdowns. Anything requested in addition to the packages will be billed at my hourly rate.

Q3. I have found a better rate. Can you price match?

I do not price match. I am currently at a very competitive price with my skillset. Included in my packages are: a proven method to help you reach your end goal with your target audience in mind; information on how to use the finalized product; and 30 days (after project delivery) of email/phone support.

Q4. What’s involved in the "process"?

Depending on the package or service you choose, you will receive an email with a breakdown of each step of the guided process.

Q5. Can we talk on the telephone?

Yes, I'd love for a chat on any project you'd like to discuss. I do offer a free 30 minute consultation to answer any questions you have about my services or if you need advice for your project. Due to high volume, I'd prefer you to go through my contact page and I will contact you with my availability.

Q6. How do you accept payment?

I require a 50% down payment prior to starting the job. This is payable by your choice of methods: bank transfer, credit card, or check, in U.S. dollars. Details are included in our agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to release of files.
